What information do you need for my year-end?Typically, we’ll request: Correspondence from the Canada Revenue Agency A year-end income statement and balance sheet (or a summary of income and expenses if not using accounting software) GST return Year-end bank statements

How long does it take to prepare my year-end?Once we have all the necessary information, it usually takes two weeks to complete a corporate year-end.

What happens after my year-end is complete?You’ll receive draft documents via email for review. This gives you the chance to ask questions or request changes before finalization. We can meet in person or chat by phone to address any concerns.

When are tax payments due?Your year-end package will include all relevant deadlines. Generally, corporate tax balances are due 90 days after year-end, with some exceptions requiring payment within 60 days.
